We like to use WordPress as the Content Management System (CMS) of choice. It is a very flexible and user friendly, well maintained and supported product.
It has been around from 2003 and we have been using it from 2005. It has changed a lot from it’s early days, but every iteration is an improvement.
It provides an amazing starting point for any new website, you can be reassured you are starting with a quality product. There is no real need to build a website from the ground up, unless you have very specific needs. Even many big companies take WordPress and modify it for their own needs.

It is always being enhanced to help people who are not web professionals to be able to edit content on their own. We encourage all of clients who want to be able to edit pages or write blog posts to jump in and take advantage of the features.
If you can use webmail, you can use WordPress. But like anything new, it does take a little time to get used to it.
